Nirmal Jaisingh leads Odin Insurance Broking Services with a vision to make insurance more transparent, client-centric, and value-driven. With extensive experience in the insurance broking industry and leadership roles at UIB, Howden, and ICICI Lombard, he brings deep expertise in risk management and insurance solutions.
A management graduate from IES Institute of Management Studies, Nirmal combines strategic vision with practical leadership to drive innovation, strengthen client relationships, and deliver sustainable growth. Under his leadership, Odin continues to set new benchmarks in service excellence, integrity, and customer-focused insurance solutions.
Kalpesh Shah, Co-Founder & Director
Kalpesh Shah is a successful entrepreneur with diverse business interests in financial services and real estate. He holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Management from Auckland University and is also a graduate in Law (LL.B.) and Physics from Mumbai University.
With a strong entrepreneurial mindset and strategic vision, Kalpesh has played a key role in building and growing businesses focused on innovation, sustainable growth, and long-term value creation.
Having spent two decades in the insurance industry, with stints across insurance companies and broking houses, Ravi has been an integral part of Odin’s Underwriting and Placements team for over six years.
Ravi holds a bachelor’s degree in Physics from Mahatma Gandhi University and a Diploma in Computer Applications. Ravi is married with two children.
Having spent 20+ years in insurance broking, Puneet is known for his client-centric, people-first, and bottomline-driven approach. He is ideally placed to help our clients achieve their business goals by delivering the best possible risk management programs.
Puneet is a commerce graduate and holds an International MBA. He is a big buff of Bollywood movies and songs, and follows cricket passionately. He loves travelling with his wife and daughters.
Experienced in leading the Employee Benefits practice, Deepak’s expertise includes insurance management analytics as well as processes to drive cost optimisation and efficiency. His experience in setting up new branch operations also adds immense value to our Bengaluru branch.
Deepak holds a master’s degree in Computer Science. He is a polyglot with fluency in 5 languages.His interests including listening to music and travelling.
